07.12.2023 - All chains support for `Portfolio Decomposition`

From now, Portfolio Decomposition endpoint supports all chains, that are available in our Zerion App including celo, base, zksync-era etc.
Changes to existing endpoints
This update contains changes to <Get wallet's portfolio> endpoint.
Since now, attribute positions_distribution_by_chainwill contain aggregated values for all chains that are in our Zerion App.
Getting notified of changes
